| This text mainly introduces reliability research about the design with the high-voltage connector. The key problem of endurance capability in twinkle state or steady state of high-voltage of a component is its endurance in the whole working procedure of system. So special attention must be give to the length of the electrical creep path distance between contacts, quality of adhesive bonded joint and interfacial seal compression.In the aspect of interface place design between the plug and the receptacle, we have adopted "O" ring block structure to stop the contracts node discharge way from the ground in the interface place. At the same time we have also adopted sealing press to eliminate air crack of the interface place. Each contact joint surface the cylindrical structure of the transition of circular arc so make electric field strength as far as possible even, we can reach the purpose to reduce the possibility of metal contracts produces corona. In the aspect of insulating materials selection, all insulating materials used in this connector subassembly design are made of high grade dielectrics. The selection of these materials are critical insofar as they are required to withstand high electrical stresses under all environmental extremes such as high and low temperature, low pressures and high humidity. At that time we also calculate and analyze static electric field strength of the single and many layer dielectrics insulation material .by ANSYS soft. The result of imitation is adequate for the result of actual theory calculation. This model we has already setup have a good guide for my production design thereafter. We have tested characteristic of the connector subassembly and is conduct in accordance with GJ B1217-91 and GJB598A-96 in the course of design and production. The results of testing have properly proved reliability of production design. We have setup a partial discharge test system and apply to use it in production for reliability of design. This kind feedback of testing and analysis for partial discharge data let us to advance applying life of high voltage connector subassembly much more. |
