In the field of measurement, the measurement uncertainty is the key parameter in judging the accuracy of measure results, influencing and limiting product quality and precision of the standard transferring for measurement. Circle work pieces occupy a big proportion of machinery work pieces. So the measurement uncertainty of circle parameter measurement is significant. After researching the situations home and abroad, the author research some aspects of circle parameter measurement based on the coordination measurement method. The main work is the following:1. Research the basic principle of coordination measurements.2. Analyze the factors that affect the measurement uncertainty of circle. And simplify those factors to the measurement uncertainty of the measuring system and sampling strategy.3. Analyze the effects of sample strata and the measurement uncertainty of the measuring system to measurement uncertainties at details using a three-point sampling strategy, LSC, MZC, MCC, MIC.4. Use vision inspection to verify the theory.
