The uncertainty factors of calibrating broadband sampling oscilloscope based on"NTN"technology are analyzed in detail, and the estimating method of uncertainty is researched thoroughly in this paper. The dissertation is presented as four parts:Firstly, the principle of calibrating broadband sampling oscilloscope based on"NTN"technology is introduced. At first the measurement principle of sampling oscilloscope is introduced. And then the fundamental theory of"NTN"technology is introduced. At last the realizing method of"NTN"technology is stated according to three connection and two connection experiment.Secondly, the knowledge of uncertainty is introduced briefly. At first the derivation and development of uncertainty are introduced. And then the conception and terms of uncertainty are stated. At last the approach of estimating uncertainty is designed based on"NTN"technology.Thirdly, the uncertainty factors of calibrating broadband sampling oscilloscope based on"NTN"technology are analyzed. At first the uncertainty factors are analyzed briefly. And then the mathematical modeling of estimating uncertainty is established.At last the uncertainty factors are analyzed in detail based on mathematical modeling. Fourthly, the method of estimating uncertainty of calibrating broadband sampling oscilloscope based on"NTN"technology is researched. At first the computing method of standard uncertainty is researched to each factor. And then the mathematical modeling of uncertainty propagation is established in term of the data processing algorithms. Next the algorithms of uncertainty propagation are deduced. At last the result of estimating uncertainty is computed by applying the estimating method in this paper and data of calibrating experiment based on"NTN"technology.
