Research On The System Of Hydraulic Propelling Principle Diagram's Automatic Protracting

With the rapid development of computer technology, the necessary tredency of compelling the hydraulic industry's development is based on the research of hydraulic system CAD. This thesis is based on the design of hydraulic propelling which comes from the technology item of the method multitude objects optimizing design and being carried out in die-casting machine'exploitation ,and a software of hydraulic system principle diagram's automatic protracting is carried out by developer with Delphi. The efficiency and quality of drawing hydraulic system principle diagram is improved sharply. And the calculating of hydraulic system's pressure and flux is achieved. In this paper, builting the storeroom of all kinds of hydraulic components,design of hydraulic components' linking, compilation design of principle diagram, design ofcalculating hydraulic system's pressure and flux are finished. In the builting the storeroom of all kinds of hydraulic components part, a software of hydraulic components automatic protracting is carried out. The linking rules of hydraulic components' relating dot are drawn out and all kinds of methods of linking are laid out by means of the rule of shortcut. In the esign of compiling principle diagram,the hydraulic components and the linkings' moving function is come true,including other compilation functions. The calculating of three kinds of throttle timing loops' pressure and flux is carried out during the design of calculating hydraulic system's pressure and flux.
