On the basis of detailed statistics and analysis of cause and effect of rainstorm, flood disaster of Nanping, Fujian province, the countermeasures to prevent disaster are proposed in this thesis, where the six parts are included in the thesis as follows:Chapter 1 is an introduction of the thesis.Chapter 2 is the description of general situation of Nanping.Chapter 3 mainly collects data of historical flood disaster and rainstorm flood of actual measure, meanwhile, it does briefly statistical analysis on the general situation, the loss of flood disaster and cause of eleven rainstorm floods in Nanping city and its upriver area in recent years after 1980s. Then points out that Nanping and its upriver area of the Minjiang River is the main rainstorm area of Fujian province, and analyzes the distribution of the largest point rainfall of rainstorm central area in Nanping.This chapter also gives detailed cause analysis of rainstorm, flood and disaster of Nanping respectively.Chapter 4 mainly chooses the data of Shiliyan hydrology gauging station in the Minjiang River, which recorded 44 flood peak discharge from 1951 to 1998. It also includes the corresponding flood discharge of three hydrology gauging stations, which are Qilijie station of the Jianxi River , Xiangkou station of the Futunxi River, Sha county station of the Shaxi River. Meanwhile, we did statistical analysis and regression analysis calculation on them, and categorized areas composition of Nanping flood of the Minjiang River into six types. The calculation results of regression analysis can be considered as one of foundations of forecasting flood for flood prevention department.Chapter 5 mainly probes into the project measures and non-project measures to prevent flood and alleviate disaster of Nanping. It also introduces map-making and application of flood risk drawing. At the same time, aiming at the practical circumstance, this chapter puts forward that Nanping should pay great attention to prevent excessive standard superflood.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect, mainly about summing up the research of this thesis,putting forward the problems to be solved and the prospect of the task to prevent flood and alleviate disaster of Nanping.
