| Concentrated on the temperature control and crack prevention of concrete in pump stations, simulative calculation theories of temperature and stress fields of concrete are systematically studied in theory and practice, the temperature control of Linjiaba pump station is analyzed and studied in detail. The main contents are as follows:1.Much physics mechanics characteristic of concrete is overviewed, which is used in calculation of the temperature field, stress field, temperature control and crack prevention.2. The main factor of the crack formation in concrete of pump stations is analyzed and the mechanism of the crack on concrete of pump stations is studied.3. Mass concrete structure is constructed by layers. The physics parameters and the thermal boundary conditions of concrete change with time. Therefore the whole construct process should be simulated and parameters of materials, boundary conditions and mesh should be changed with time. An effective method for computing the temperature field and stress field of mass concrete is dissertated. The method can simulate precisely for mass concrete, which constructed by layered. The 3-D temperature field and stress field simulative calculation program is designed and implemented.4 The axial flow pump station is mainly studied in the present paper, and the simulative calculation and analysis of the temperature and stress fields of concrete of pump stations are systematically studied in construction period and usage period.5 The concrete crack is one of the important quality problems of the pump station concrete construction. Some measures of temperature control and crack prevention are pertinently put forward based on the simulative calculation. |
