With China's entry into WTO and international architecture market, Chinese construction companies will face many risks in the performing process. From the views of the construction companies, the paper, on the basis of international academic results oft risk management, and with consideration of the features about bridge construction, mostly studies on the procedures and methods about risk evaluation of bridge construction.According to the process of risk analysis, the paper focuses on the theory of risk management and the method of risk identification and evaluation. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the risk of bridge construction on Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment.1. On the basis of the theory of risk management update, the paper brings forward the theory of bridge construction risk management in China.2. The method of risk identification is generalized. At the same time the paper also study on bridge structure risk, especially, investigate the risk about the basis of the bridge.3. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process, Delphi Method and Monte Carl Method, the paper evaluates qualitative and quantitative risk.4. Since risk relates to fuzzy category and is determined by multi-factor, the paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model to estimate and assess the contracting risks on the basis of the probability of individual risk factor and the loss resulting from it.5. The risk of the bridge case is evaluated and compares the evaluation result with actual risk accident.
