Condenser system in the heating system of thermal power plant is one of the important accessory systems that can improve unit cycle efficiency,its operation property would impact thermal efficiency and safety of whole Unit.At present the main research direction and field of condenser system is about condenser thermodynamic calculation precision,variance conditions property and verification, the antiseptic performance of the cooling pipeline of condenser,dynamicly inspecting a certain parameter of condenser(such as the cleaning rate,vacuum ),the inside gas flowing course and transmitting heat characteristic of condenser,the cool pipe arrangement of condenser and condenser operation efficiency and so on;tne research of condenser with utilizing model technology is mainly the pipe water model test research by the former Soviet Union , Japan , U.S.A. ,etc,which belongs to the category of the physical model.In the simulation field of the computer , utilizing the comparatively accurate mathematics model to study the condenser system only limited to pressing the simulation research of the single back pressure condenser. But with the large capacity and high parameter unit generally absorbed, the condenser of domestic and international large-scale power station adopts double or triple back pressure condenser. The single back pressure condenser can't reflect the change of parameters in every working condition very accurately and effectively when it simulates the operating of these units. It is very meaningful to the simulation research of multi-pressure condenser.How to simulating,analyzing and researching of multi-pressure condenser system by computer,the key lies in construct simulation model of accurate description multi-pressure condenser property.The research simulation results are significance when applying simulation model can actually reflect the research object quality.It must establish simulation object substantial mathematics model to carry out any simulation system.It is a series of variable coefficient multivariate nonlinear differential equations,differential equation can be transferred difference equation through choosing proper numerical integration algorithm,namely implemented simulation model on digital computer.At present,in domestic there are simulation language modeling and program module modeling.But the simulation software based on simulation language have many shortcomings of modeling faction weak andduplication bad and user interface unkindly and difficult extend and so on,because of simulation technique localization in that time,in some extent Confining simulation technique utilize and generalize in multi-pressure condensersystern.At present,the most advance modeling method in domestic and oversea is graphical modeling that is a modeling model by graphical interface.But MATLAB/Simulink is the most popular modeling and simulation tool at present,it provides dynamic system modeling means by graphical interface mode .fulfilling visualized and files mutual utilizing and data exchange In multi work environment,having quite strong versatility and favorable man-flrtachine interface.Compare to conventional modeling means,it has many advantages of visual and facility and numerical calculation accurancy,so users can put more energy in model design.Applying the tool can widely decrease model development tjme.After analyzing the mathematic model property and problems of single back pressure condenser,the author has built a high-precision dynamic mathematic model of multi-pressure condenser based on single-pressure condenser by engineering modularity modeling method and explored an object-oriented simulation model of multi-pressure condenser on the dynamic simulation software MATLAB .When building and debugging the simulation model for multi-pressure condenser,the author has resolved some problems,such as parameter coupling,algebraic loop and time-delaying. By designing simplify interface between MATLAB and C,the mathematic model of multi-pressure condenser is linked in the bottom warehouse based on fictitious DCS simulation flat (the simulation software XPPS of shanghai Xinhua Control CO.,LTD) .By a series of experiments it is proved that it has high efficiency and dynamic performance.A mathematic model of simply,real-time and high precisionis developed for practical power station simulator,which also is significative to developing other types of mathematic model.
