The article deduced the N-S set of equations which has been amended by introducing the porous model strictly, set up the quasi-three-dimensional numerica about the condenser, bring forward the method to deal with distribution resistance and distribute mass converging. Author has calculated and analyzed the steam flow and heat transfer of a two-pass condenser. To addressed the uneven distribution of steam thermal load caused by the impact of angle flare, the LPH in the condenser throat and cooling water temperature changed along the process, the measures to install guide plate to improve flow and heat transfer characteristics have been introduced. The SIMPLE algorithm and the k -εmodel were used to construct the numerical model for the throat of a condenser , and numerical study was conducted for different arrangement forms and locations of the low pressure heater at the condenser's throat in order to get the reduced air resistance and stable and even flow at the condenser's throat. The flow mechanism at the condenser's throat is also analyzed. |
