Along with great requirement for installation accuracy, speed and longevity of large and oversized equipment and large volume repairing of forepart concrete pavement, the perfusion material of ultra early-strength and high fluidization is put into use more and more widely. That mixing high quality and low cost filling perfusing materials has great social and economical interest. The subject has worked over new methods theoretically and practically, aiming to develop an ultra early-strength inorganic filling material with high fluidization, ultra early-strength, micro-expansion, facilitating construction and good durability which can meet needs of installation of large equipment's base, fast inserting steel and repairing concrete pavement.Based on concrete structure model, ingredients, setting and hardening of cement concrete and strength theory, the text finds out the theoretical foundation why cement concrete fast hardening and early strengthening.Under the guidance of such theoretical basis, the text brings forward a new technique to get ultra early strength filling repairing material with the use of home-made 42.5 Portland cement, superplasticiser and sound mineral material (SF) and no accelerator;Study choices of raw material for high fluidization and ultra early-strength micro-expansive repairing material;with orthogonal test, average raw materials and construction method, we develop an ultra early-strength and micro-expansive component material with fluidization of 250mm, compressive strength over 35MPa and bending strength 8MPa at 24h , and analyze the impact law that every factor has different influence on the affusing material strength .Finally, through the comparison with fast hardened sulfosluminate cement and imported material in capability and economy, the text has an assessment about the superiority of early-strength affusing repairing material and makes some expectation about its disadvantage.
