With the increase of the span of the prestressed concrete beam bridge, it has become indispensable to efficaciously apply construction control to the project. All over the world, scientists and researchers have made various researches on construction control of bridges and put forward many theories and methods. On the basis of the crossing railway bridge project of Jingliu Street in Ji'nan, this thesis discusses the forward calculation and backward calculation of plane bar FEM used in this project, adoption of advanced equipment and devices, quick analysis of gathered data research of minimal quadratic valve method and Kalman filtering method into the identification of the real state and deviation forecast, the creep of concrete effect on alignment in construction process, the shear lag effect in box girder on the stress monitor had considered, besides, based on the control theories of engineering, construction control has been implemented on the crossing railway bridge of Jingliu Street, and a series of systems about the long-span bridge construction monitor and control has been established. In this thesis, we have analyzed the creep of concrete effect on prefigurative deviation in construct the festival section, and have produced the formula for it. Take advantage of Ansys, the construction simulation analysis model of the crossing railway bridge in Jingliu Street has been built. Through the spatial finite element and plane bar FEM contrast computation and analysis and the actual various essential section stress data, it proved that shear lag effects on construction control, and accumulated experiences for similar bridge construction control in the future. In the end, the thesis proposed the computation formula for the festival section construction prefigurative deviation. This formula is clear conceptually and easy to operate. It has the practical reference values to the similar bridge construction in a way. The practice has proved that the control of this project was successful and these theories and methods have highly practical effect on the self-erecting prestressed concrete beam bridge. These researches will become the bases of the further research in the same field.
