With the sustained and rapid development of economy and traffic in our country,bridge is widely used at present, which accounts for important position in nation’stransportation and economic development. Especially the expressway development finds itsgood time, the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge becomes one of the mostcompetitive bridge types for many advantages. This system is still growing and improvingcontinuously. The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction mostly adoptscantilever construction method, and the construction difficulty increases along with thespan increases. We know that design is just final goal in a ideal state, the process may beaffected by many factors in the actual construction, which leads to deviation between thefinal state and the ideal state of the bridge, if not adjusted timely, there will be difficultcoming to successfully closed, even results in serious accidents. Therefore, theconstruction control is essential.Relying on Hui river bridge project as the engineering background, this paper has adetail introduction for the bridge construction control. And through the successfulconstruction control application case of Hui river main bridge, the paper also givesintroduction and summary on matters needing attention. The content is as follows:(1) Look back the development history of construction control, briefly introduce theprogress and characteristics of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, and point outthat the construction control is indispensable.(2) Introduce the theories of continuous beam bridge construction control, list thefactors affecting construction control, and analyze how to make adjustment for error.(3) Build model using MIDAS software according to the project profile and theblueprint of Hui river bridge, conduct design review, and come to construction controlvalues.(4) Introduce the whole process of Hui river main bridge construction controldetailedly. At first, write about the content and implementation process of constructioncontrol method. Then, the influencing factors, the prediction analysis and adjustment of error, the construction control system and work process, the organizational labor division.Lastly, the paper focuses on the achievement on construction control, with the help of dataanalysis, it can be seen that Hui river bridge construction control is successful.(5) Summary the experience of construction control, provide valuable reference for thesimilar bridge construction project, and look forward to the direction of future work.
