Because to the special meaning of the safety in power industry, the validation of theory scheme or algorithm tactics will be limited strictly in the true environment. Then, the scientific research involved in power system operate usually spends very long time in order to get the effective achievement. One of the best methods to solve this contradiction is to use the technology of modeling simulation in the course of studying. The kind of method will offer strong thrust for technological progress of power system, which set up the model of actual environment that the studying relies on, and study the relevant theories and tactics and examine their exactness and feasibility by the model simulating. For meeting the require ordained by HuaDong rapidly as soon as possible, it is necessary that accelerate the research of improving fujian AGC control strategy by the technology of modeling simulation. The algorithm of control ACE corrected in real time based on CPS is researched for promoting the control performance of AGC of fujian area. For quickening the course of perfectness and application of algorithm, and the research of improving control strategy of fujian AGC can produce the achievement early, it has done that the work of the following respect: (1) Set up the model that reflect the characteristic of control of generator power output: the simulation models of speed-governing system of hydraulic and steam generator of fujian area. (2) Set up the model of Load-Frequency Control of fujian and huadong interconnected. (3) Through the model simulation of algorithm, Analyse the improved degree of AGC control performance of Fujian area under different conditions. (4) Analyse the data gained after the algorithm is applied in the practice and assess the improved degree of AGC control performance of Fujian area in fact.
