With the development of power electronics, micro electronic technique and control technology, control technology of many new-type asynchronous machines is put forward, which brings many opportunities for electrical machine. Speed regulating system of alternating current dynamo has already been widely used, combining with various merits of asynchronous machine. Frequency control technology for asynchronous motors appears in1970s, it has higher precision, wider speed-regulating range and faster response. It is the most promising technology among kinds of speed adjustment modes. There are a variety of frequency speed adjusting systems, and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) and Current source pulse width modulation (CPWM) are the most frequently applied.This paper analyzes control algorithm frequently used in electrical machine, from the present research conditions of alternating current dynamo control system, designs and accomplishes a vector controlled speed regulating system based on DSP, aimed at further improving on speed control performance and realizing digitization. This paper mainly talks about a voltage source vector controlled frequency speed regulating system with TMS320F2812-DSP as the core. Its main control chip is TMS320F2812, and the main loop circuit is intelligent power unit IPM. Closed-loop control system is composed of detection circuit of rotation rate, current and voltage. An asynchronous machine vector controlled model is established on simulation platform Matlab/Simulink to analyze its vector controlled system, whose result proves this algorithm efficient. In the vector controlled frequency speed regulating system, TMS320F2812has such an ability of real-time processing and fast operation, so that the complex algorithm and realization of high-performance can both turn to be easier. Vector control lays the foundation for higher-performance frequency speed regulating systems.
