Today, all over the world must face the austere posture of energy sources supply, especially electric power. In order to resolve the crisis of the energy sources supply, all the developed countries do their endeavor to construct the second energy system actively, to make preparation for legislation & exploit the relevant machine energetically with the hope to enter into the Distributed Energy System era as soon as possible. With the rapid development and application of the advanced machines, such as micro-turbine, gas-turbine, fuel-cell, internal-combustion engine, CFB etc., which establish the solid foundation for the second energy system. To satisfy the rapid development of economy for the requirement of electric power, our country makes great efforts to construct power plant, and then expand the electric power net extremely, which challenges against the safety and stabilization of electric power supply. The features of modern war determine that electric power establishment is the first-attack target during the war. In addition, environmental protection, natural disaster, energy crisis and the improvement of people's standard of living determine that Distributed Energy System (DES) will be applied with large range. This paper introduce the advantages of Distributed Energy System firstly,and then put forward the mathematical models for the saving-analysis of DES. Secondly, through the computation of the equivalent thermodynamic coefficient and raw energy consumption rate as the evaluation criterion for energy saving of Li-Br absorption refrigeration system based on DES compared with the compression refrigeration system, we conclude that Li-Br absorption refrigeration system is energy saving & economical. Meanwhile, through the construction of the DES project, we can see that DES is the only way for the development of our country's energy industry, and point out the bright future of the exploitation & utilization of renewable energy. The development of DES is advantageous for the transformation of configuration of energy consumption with tremendous benefit of economy and society. In the last section, we make the expectation of the development of DES, and put forward seven feasible advices for other scholars in this area and lawmakers. To keep pace with the developed countries, we should accelerate development of DES industry and relevant equipments to make our country enter into the Distributed Energy System era as soon as possible.
