It has a good energy saving and environmental protection that solar energy used in refrigeration areas, and in line with technical requirements of sustainable development strategies. So many researchers at home and abroad pay a lot of attention on it. Solar energy absorption refrigeration is a kind of refrigeration technology in solar power ,which has developed rapidly in recent years. However, because of solar power for refrigeration is a new type of refrigeration technology, and it does not give specific description for its components of the whole system as well as the working principle, and it has been blind to be used in the practical application. Therefore, carrying out deeply some problems of the relationship of the solar collector with absorption refrigeration system, which can bring both theoretical and important works of practical value.In this paper gives a brief introduction for its composition and principle of solar absorption refrigeration system, at the same time analyzes the absorption refrigeration units which are fit for solar absorption refrigeration system. Take a residential building in Nanjing as an example, using energy simulation software DeST to give dynamic simulation for the cooling load of residential buildings and solar radiation intensity, and elicit the laws of hourly changing for the cooling load of residential buildings and solar radiation intensity in the area of climate conditions, meanwhile, use charts to make its analysis of changes.Using data analysis software Origin7.5 to give curve fitting for the cooling load and solar radiation intensity and educe the total data of them. Choose Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller in accordance with the cooling load demand of residential buildings. At the same time, using the formula of the several kinds of solar energy collector efficiency to analyze its changing caused by its determined working fluid inlet temperature which determined by the requirements refrigerator temperature heat source, and select the data used in the collector in this paper. Using these data to calculate the collector area installed in order to meet the entire air-conditioning demand of the residential buildings. Finally at the scope of effective solar collector, determine hot water provided by it in the condition of meeting the heat source temperature of absorption refrigeration in order to meet the needs of the lithium bromide absorption chiller heat source requirements.This study not only have energy-saving technical meaning, but a more significant practical guiding for the project. The conclusion is an important reference value for the design of solar absorption refrigeration system.
