Heat-resisting Aluminum Alloy Conductor is a new kind of conductor ,which canlargely improve conductor's carrying capacity . Because of its excellent performance ,Heat-resisting Aluminum Alloy Conductor has been used gradually in our country. To lettransmit electricity circuitrys' safely run ,we must know well of the rule of conductor'sstress ,sag and creep . This paper according to construction and run's stress-sag expressions that indifferent meteorology and running condition calculate the stress and sag of Heat-resistingAluminum Alloy Conductor in running and construction ,got creep equation of theconductor long-term run in high temperature, draw the creep curve ,got a satisfying result,it can be used in the real project. Finally, a suit of Heat-resisting Aluminum AlloyConductors' mechanical capability calculation and emulation software was developed tofacilitate the designers.
