With the development of private car, the cases of dissension on the pollution in the car increase rapidly. Many drivers have got sick symptom, called as driving syndrome by health expert. Statistic indicated, the traffic accidents induced by driving syndrome are more frequent than those induced by drunken driving. For that, driving syndrome is also called invisible killer in the car. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to establish means of air quality assessment, so as to provide the foundation for people to realize and improve air quality in the car. Firstly, this thesis studies the influencing factors of air quality in the car. Then, analyzes the relations between the concentration of pollutants and the degree of driving syndrome. Among pollutants, finds out which is major causation induced driving syndrome so as to simplify the study of the air quality in the car. Finally, puts up an assessment model based on grey theory to describe the air quality in the car by quantitative and qualitative analysis. At first, constructs referring sequence and comparative sequence. Then educes relation matrix by computing the relation coefficients of the sequences. At last, according to relation matrix, gives the assessment and analysis of air quality in the car. In order to make the assessment feasible and practical, puts up to classify the assessment into static assessment and dynamic assessment by different purpose. In addition, this thesis discusses the control strategy from different points of view, such as government, manufacture, driver and cleaner energy.
