The quality of products,as a key factor to determine the steady and sustainable development of enterprises,has received unprecedented attention.With the progress of technology,as well as the development of precision manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing,people have higher and higher requirements for product quality,which puts forward higher requirements for product processing.According to relevant statistics,about 60-70%of product quality problems are related to the manufacturing process of parts.Therefore,the object of quality control should be transferred from finished products to the manufacturing process of parts.Through the identification,decomposition and control of the manufacturing process,all factors affecting the quality of the entire production and processing process can be controlled,improved and optimized to ensure that each process parameter meets the requirements of people,so as to achieve the goal of product quality control.Take the mechanical processing process as an example.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the manufacturing process of products,it can be seen that the manufacturing products are relatively complex now,and it is difficult to complete the processing after one working procedure.Qualified products can only be processed after multiple working procedures and multiple tests.Aiming at this characteristic,this paper focuses on the working procedure of product processing and realiz es the purpose of controlling the overall quality of products through the detection,analysis and control of the working procedure quality.In this paper,the network analysis method is used to find out the factors that have great influence on the process quality.Then,using the grey correlation analysis method,and find out the factors associated with the larger,secondly,the process capacity by using two kinds of process capability indices diagnosis method to analyze it,by calculating the points of qua lity and total quality and multivariate T~2 control chart,and according to the criteria to the problems existing in the analysis process,and control;Finally,by using the improved grey power theory to fit and predict the process,the fitting results are compared with the original method to verify the effectiveness of the improved method,and at the same time to prove the credibility of the predicted results.Based on the working procedure more manufacturing process quality control as the breakthrough point,focusing on the process manufacturing process ability to diagnose and predict,power system evaluation and gray theory to the machining process quality,establish the gray power theory prediction model,accurately predict in advance,in order to achieve in advance to adjust the production process,the purpose of the compensation in advance,to improve the process quality control and prediction system,to improve the product quality has important realistic and theoretical.
