| The research and development of gearbox online default diagnosis system has great significant means for the promotion of the gearbox manufacture capacity. The continuous development of vibration analysis theory provides diagnosis system with an available and adequate theory foundation. Order analysis based on FFT is a transform between time-domain signal and frequency-domain signal and furthermore, it is the most important vibration analysis of rotational machinery.This article based on the research of gearbox online default diagnosis system development will provide a specific explanation of the application of order analysis in the gearbox vibration analysis. Compared with other articles related with gearbox vibration analysis, it pay more attention to practical plant working and just give a concise theory discription, its main content are about: First, it introduce some usual vibration spectrum, LabVIEW, and the difficulties encountered during the research program. Second, the article gives us a whole discription about the origination of the order analysis from mathematic perspective and the relationship with other spectrum. Third, it explains the data acquisition system, because the smooth and efficient data acquisition is the premise of the order analysis. Fourth, through the real plant online diagnosis system, we can get conclusion about the capacity of the order analysis. Finally, it provide some conclusion and development of the order analysis.In conclusion, the distinguishing content of this article is that its main explanation are mostly from new gearbox quick online diagnosis and it transforms the abstract vibration analysis to real device throuth the application of order analysis based on LabVIEW, therefore it will be a good reference for the related instruments manufacture and development. Definitely, more specific difficulties will appear during the process of the work, and the related solution will be available in the main article.
