The gear form of internal gearing cycloidal gear pump has important influence on machining and characteristics of pump,such as flow rate,fluctuation rate and noise etc.First,the operating principle of cycloidal gear pump is analyzed in this article.Secondly,the defects of gear form which is now used are analyzed. Directed toward it's defects,we put forward a plan which is based on envelope principle to variate gear form ,obtain dedendum transition curve of greater trochanter which is based on envelope principle,that can improve the performance of oil pump.Then ,we determine the equation of maximal radius of pin gear of external rotor which can avoid undercutting and draw the position and form of the inlet port and pumping chamber Which can increase workpiece ratio of pump ,abate the noise of pump.With used of principle which is upside ,we redesign the gear form of BB-B80 oil pump.At the same time,proceed optimum design for the goal of "swept capacity of unit volume". In machining phase,directed toward peculiarity of cycloidal gear,the methods of cut gears are proposed.for minor trochanter,we used generated grinding to machining; for greater trochanter,we used plunge griding to machining.then ,analysis the inaccuracy of manner of machining which is upside and comprehend the rule of influence that parameter give to gear form.
