The flow pulsation uniformity is an important quality of the pump, If the flow pulsation is too large, it will affect the stability of hydraulic system, also will bring pressure pulsation, causing vibration, noise etc. Therefore, in the design process of pump, It is crucial to analyze the flow pulsation characteristics, and consider the small flow pulsation as an important index of the pump. The cycloidal gear pump with muti-tooth number difference has the advantages of compact structure, large capacity, small flow pulsation and so on, which is widely used in chemical industry, machinery and other industries. Therefore, it is meaningful to apply the cycloidal pump to the dual clutch automatic transmission, and to optimize the flow pulsation,the shape, the volume etc, to select the most reasonable parameter of the pump;using CAE dynamics technique, to simulate the dynamic performance of the pump, and to optimize the structure optimization base on the principle of reducing vibration and noise.Through the study of the meshing principle of cycloidal gear, arc, establish the three-dimensional model of cycloidal pump, through the secondary development of the3D software, realize parameter modeling process; to analyze the flow pulsation of cycloidal pump and simulate with MATLAB, combined with the cycloid gear meshing theory, put forward a new method for calculating the coefficient of flow pulsation; using statistical method, to analyze the degree of influence on the flow pulsation coefficient of the key parameters of The cycloidal gear pump with muti-tooth number difference; by using the optimization method and optimization software, to optimize the parameters of cycloidal pump, in order to achieve low flow pulsation, small volume pump. Using finite element method and software,to analyze the modal of the pump, determine the main vibration form, to get the reasonable design aim of damping structure of Cycloidal Pump Based on the structure, dynamics analysis, to verify the structural design. Design pump which with a low pulsation of the flow rate, small volume, small vibration, and the strength meets the requirements.
