| With the development of high integrated level and high complexity, power electrical system puts forward a further demand of integrate more device on a smaller chip. Besides high integration density technology, doing research on smaller, thinner device to reduce the total volume and mass is also a feasible way. This paper analyses magnetic integration technology and thin-film technology, then brings out an idea of making integrated magnetics of switch power supply based on thin-film technology. Then, following the former theories, this paper does a research on integrated magnetics of LLC resonant converter, which was used in font-end DC/DC converter. This integrated magnetics integrates resonant inductor, resonant capacitor and transformer together, and we use thin-film technology to fabricate it. At last, simulation results were given to prove the validity of this design. |
