The paper begins with a brief introduction of the development of power electronicmagnetic technology, and introduces the existing thin-film inductor classification. It listof comparative advantages and disadvantages of various equivalent model of analogyrelations between each model to illustrate the the T-I model has simple and intuitivemodeling, while reflecting core and winding characteristics etc. Based on the T-I model, this paper facing the most power electronic engineers and system research’s needs, research on integrated mgnaetic modeling method in view of the basic hysteresischaracteristics.Using the integrated magnetic equivalent circuit model, combining with thetwo-phase VRM module, this paper uses T-I model equivalent circuit to design filminductance parameter and system simulation analysis. The simulation and experimentalresults have good consistency, which explains the established T-I model can accuratelysimulated magnetic’s nonlinear characteristic. It provide strong support and assistancefor the design and optimization of power electronic systems. This paper describes the magnetic integrated thin film technology and T-I modelestablishment method, and summarizes the film magnetic classification method andcharacteristics. It also lists the application example. This article concluded: modelingand simulation of magnetic pieces have important significance to fully understand thestatus of their working status, accurate analysis of the whole system dynamic and staticcharacteristics. It can solve the difficult problem of the magnetic field parameterobservation, but can also reduce hardware cost, reduce development cycles and costs.
