Study On The Evaluation And Optimal Scheduling Of Groundwater Resources Of GuanZhong In Shanxi

Water resources is basic natural resources and strategic economic resources. How to make limited water resources meet for the increasingly requirement of people has became the main problem which water resources academy and each government have more concerned. Guanzhong is the politics. Economy and culture center of Shannxi, it's water resources is very shortage .For each department of national economy urgently needs safe water supply, also water environment and ecology need enough water to sustain, so water resources directly threaten the shannxi economic safety and social stabilization. At the same time, it restrict the sustainable development of social economic. Excessive exploitation lead to environmental and geologic problem which warn people to exploit water resources reasonably.This paper based on domestic and overseas data study the actuality and dynamic change of groundwater in Guanzhong. Analysis the disciplinarian of"four water" transform; Divide evaluation region and evaluation cell according to geography and physiognomy; Bring forward evaluation parameter through analysis the predecessor's calculated parameter. Evaluated the groundwater resources in the light of water balance m~thod, and study the water quantity can be exploited in each city, using sustainable development opinion and optimal analysis theory of multiple purpose to study the metaphase, long-term water resources optimal scheduling and utilize it to instruct practice.This paper take 2000 year as the a clinic year, using balanced method to evaluate groundwater resources in Guanzhong. The total water resources is 347248.93 wan m3 , total drainage water is 378860.77 wan m3 , the quantity can be exploited is 285221.07 wan m3 . Based on the district development , environment protection and water sustainable utilize, take use groundwater and surface water, sewage reuse, water taken from external to adjust the water optimization between each city and department as the purpose. On the premise of satisfy life and industry water consumption, assure the agriculture and other basic water consumption, yet environment water consumption and sustainable development of water resources, we found the groundwater optimal scheduling model, through it we get the optimal plan of groundwater use in 2010 and 2020 forecast year.We put forward the measurement of water sustainable use in future based on the forecast of ground water resources.
