Finite element simulation of bridge structure will play an important role in thebridge establishment with the rapid development of the technology, maintenance orreinforcement of service bridges and structural health monitoring for bridges. Takeadvantage of FEM, the designers can analyze the mechanical capability of novel stylebridge structure and healthy condition for bridges and evaluate the bearing capacity ofold bridges through the real time simulant loading experiments, etc.Content of static loading experiment was described according to several actualstatic loading experiments to instruct analogous engineering experiment.Staticloading experiment was simulated by FEM to gain the optimal style of FEMsimplification and deeply comprehend structure response at loading condition, whichsupport a reference to the design, FEM simulation simplification and constructionexecution of work in future.FEM simplification models and its influence extent at different simplificationforms were proposed based on FEM simulation of static loading experiment on a platcurved bridge and simplification calculation of different models whose results werecompared with that of the actual conditions.Afterwards, the influence of bearingdeformation to main beam, which is the plane torsion problem, is discussed throughthe solid simplifying of bearing in the base.The moment of the solid web section of broad box beam can be calculated by theconnection with several software . Solid model was established byCAD/SOLIDWORKS software, then, analyse approximately in the condition of mostunfavorable vehicle load by FEA/Ansys and calculate the section moment throughprograms developed by Matlab.Connections of multi-software can improve the workefficiency, shorten work time and make up for the shortcomings among them, whichis beneficial.Combination of the uplifting experiment of actual bridge, the paper gives a novelproblem, that is, the effect of shear lag on the condition of uplifting.The factor ofshear lag was presented and compared by simulation result and negative shear lagappeared in the transition region of inner cross section of the variable inner crosssection box beam.Static loading experiment was described and FEM simulation was conducedaccording to the actual static loading experiment of tilted-cable bridge.Nonlinearcharacter of mechanics property of cable-stayed bridge and variety of cable-stayed inthe course of vehicle load, were presented through the solid element division to thewhole cable-stayed bridge.Meanwhile, simulation results was compared among thedifferent element types, which support an reference to the aftertime similarsimulation.FEM simulation according to the actual loading experiment of bridge isbeneficial to the application of FEM simulation in the bridge field and understandingdeeply of mechanics property of bridge structure.
