Most existing products offer utilities by replacing specific human functions toachieve conveniences. Products become health hazards as functions are repeated andhuman becomes less capable as more functions are replaced. Inspiring technology isconcerned with establishing a new scientific foundation which integrates humansystem theories with modern technologies to develop a new generation of productsthat can simultaneously inspire human potentials while achieving their intendedfunctional purposes. Inspiring products seamlessly integrated with existing productsand intelligently tailor their inspiring functions for different users and adapt tochanging environments.We researched product model based on Inspiring technology and designed somesystems to validate the model, including the fatigue judgement system based on bloodsilk of eyes and the inspiring system based on the parameters acquisition of the finger.Those systems completed the human parameters acquisition function need byInspiring product. In order to complete the whole theory of Inspiring technology, wedesigned a new inspire system based on surface electromyography which can detectthe SEMG signal and estimate the status of muscle automatically. After analyzed thefatigue status of human it could motivate auto-massage function to lesson the fatigueof human.We used one high performance detecting circuit to acquire the SEMG signal anddesigned communication and display program to store and display the SEMG signal.In order to estimate the fatigue status of muscle, we researched some fatigue modelsbased on SEMG signal acquisition and selected the median frequency as the index offatigue status. It's really a very good fatigue status index through a great deal ofexperiments. In the last design parts of this system we designed one infraredcontrolled massage chair to realize the inspire function. The inspire system based on SEMG signal analysis realized whole function ofInspiring technology. It's the design foundation of product based on Inspiringtechnology.
