The vibration bowel feeder is a kind of feed device used in the automatic processingand assembling system. In virtue of its complete structure and excellent orientationability together with high efficiency of feeding and general usage, it is widely used ina large range of fields, such as the making of various mechanical equipment, theprocessing and assembling of instruments and meters, the producing and packing ofelectronic apparatus as well as the processing and packing of medicine and food.Taking electromagnetic vibration bowel feeder as the researching object, the paperfirst gives an introduction to the present situation and development of domestic andforeign vibration bowel feeders, and makes an analysis of the modern designingmethod—the application of electrical mechanics integrating and module designing tothe vibration bowel feeder.Second, the paper gives a description of the working principle, structure and controlsystem of the traditional electromagnetic vibration bowel feeder, analyzes thedisadvantages of its mechanical structure and control system, and by means ofdecoupling principle, designs a novel vibration bowel feeder and a new control system.Based on system disintegration and functional analysis, the paper works out themechanical structure of the novel vibration bowel feeder and the principle of itscontrol structure and draws a sketch map of it.Third, the paper makes an introduction to the working principle of the new vibrationfeeder, the ways of its structure selection and the methods of its parameter calculation.Besides, the paper establishes a kinetic model and analyzes its dynamic features andthe relationships among various major parameters.Fourth, the paper analyzes the working principle of the novel vibration bowel feeder'sclose-loop control system and the PID verifying designing method. By usingmicrocontroller Atmega8 digital control chip, the paper realizes the hardware andsoftware control. In the hardware designing, by taking MOS power tube as drivingcomponent and acceleration sensor as feedback component, the paper designs theservo control system, and therefore, realizes the adjusting of swing, phase andfrequency.Finally, to testify the major functional parameters, the author sets up an experimentdevice and carries out some experiments. As it turns out, the construction of the modelis reasonable.
