| The coal feeder is an important part of the pulverizing system in thermal power plants.Whether its running state is good will affects the safety and economic efficiency of the entire power plant.After investigation in a power plant,it was found that the traditional coal feeder monitoring equipment can only collect the coal level,coal volume,and the current of the coal feeder.It is impossible to find the hidden danger of the equipment in time only by these parameters,and the staff cannot determine the fault location and type of fault from these simple parameters.In view of this,according to the operation status of the coal feeder in the power plant,it is of great engineering significance to design a set of fault monitoring and early warning device.This paper first introduces the composition of the CS2024 coal feeder in a power plant and analyzes its existing problems,and designs the main circuit of coal feeder fault monitoring lower computer based on the STC15F2K60S2 microcontroller,and carries out software programming.According to the parameters such as voltage,current,and speed collected from the monitoring circuit of the coal fleeder to judge whether the equipment operation is normal or abnormal,and distinguish whether there is a failure in the equipment,thereby realizing the fault monitoring and early warning of the coal feeder equipment.Then the design of the software part of the monitoring and warning device was introduced in detail,and combines the fault diagnosis expert system with the LabVIEW software.The data monitored by the monitoring device of the lower computer is transmitted to the fault diagnosis expert system of the upper computer for fault monitoring and early warning through the programming protocol,thereby establishing a complete fault monitoring and early warning system.Finally,the feasibility of the lower computer monitoring device and the upper computer fault diagnosis expert system designed by this paper is proved by practical tests. |
