Study On Inhabitting Quality In Cities' Residential District

Our country has already entered the accelerating stage of urbanization; each city is developing at very high speed, anything beneath most mention of this era of urban construction. With the development of the deepening commercialized in house and real estate, the residential district construction, as the closest part with people's daily life in the urban construction, has made the remarkable effect in quantity and on the qualities. However, some questions have appeared at the same time: " simplifying " has become the mode that and extensive new city construction and old city renewal adopt at present; the new city construction at a high speed has caused several harmful effects to residents' life; in some large cities living space differentiation phenomenon has already appeared gradually; the social concern such as being indifferent of neighbourhood relationship has been already quite obvious. Therefore, we have realized present residential district construction cannot provide the corresponding countermeasure on the demand of the higher level after meeting people's lower level's demands. Under this kind of background, we need to launch research on the inhabitting quality, thus we enable to make the construction of living area proceed from people's angle further, and offer the space carrier of more high-quality life for people.Inhabitting quality is the reflection of quality of inhabitting living. Its influence factor has three respects mainly: social cultural factor, the technological factor of economy and region environmental factor. The thesis has summed up a series of factors, which weigh the inhabiting quality, and has analysed the relation of three major influence factors and each weighting factors, then analysed the influnce of spacial structure and spacial form on inhabiting quality. This thesis takes the residential district of Qingdao for example to study the above-mentioned thesis.First of all, this thesis has analysed the influence of the scale structure and traffic structure and spacial institutional framework of public service facility on inhabitting quality, then analysed the influence of spacial form of the residential district on physics environment and people's psychology experiencing and behavior activity.
