The Research And Design Of Air-defense Force Maneuver Modeling And Decision Analysis

Under Hi-Tech conditions, the increasing intensity in the confrontation between the air-raid and anti-air defense makes the air defense forces find an operational way. In this way the air defense forces can not only destroy the rival's forces but also save ourselves'effectively. It can also break away from a passive position and gain the initiative. It can also hold back the rival's action to guarantee the protection of ourselves. All of the above calls mobility. Mobility is one of the key elements for our air defense troops to stand out on the air defense operation field and gain the victory. Force maneuver is the important part of mobile operation of the air defence force, which provides the precondition and guarantee of carrying out the mobile operational mission for the air defence force. So it is necessary for us to analyze the process of force maneuver by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. We can establish some military models to make research on the process of force maneuver .The result of the research can provide some scientific and reliable references to all levels commanders of the air defence force.Based on the requirement of executing the mission of air defense forces maneuver, this thesis analyses the capabilities of air defense maneuver and survival capabilities in the processs of maneuver and builds several mathematic models on forces maneuver .When modeling and analyzing the problems of the air defense forces maneuver, this thesis mainly uses the theories of military operation research, decision analysis, systems engineering,fuzzy system, optimization theory, and so on. Under certain military background , the thesis mainly establishes the mathematic models such as the models of effect that terrain exerts to maneuver, the model of selecting and optimizing deployment plan. The commanders of air defense forces can make scientific decisions by these models. Based on such quantitative analysis, several illustrations of these models are given to validate the practical conclusions which are arrived at by analysis above.
