In the modern war, the speed of communication searching and release becomes faster and faster, compared with lower achievement of technology of rapid carrying weapon. So many countries put their eyes on the Hypersonic Cruiser Vehicle (HCV) which can fill current capability shortfalls in exiting weapons. In particular, the high speed vehicles have high strategic value but are historically difficult to neutralize due to their short dwell times.Hypersonic Cruiser Vehicle, which belongs to the cross realm of aviation and astronautics, involves many subjects and integrates a lot of key technology. Due to the complexity of the HCV, it is desirable to build a virtual prototype system before building the physical prototype system, thus, it can shorten development cycle, and reduce development cost. The virtual prototype system can be used under the whole development program including putting forward target, concept exploration, detailed design, trial-manufacture, proof test, flight test, and so on.This paper builds the virtual prototype system structure based on analysing of HCV. And the prototype structure system can be divided into environment subsystem, body subsystem, dynamic subsystem, Guidance Navigation & Control(GNC) subsystem, and parameter computation subsystem. It builds subsystem simulation models on the VPM (Virtual Prototype with Modeling) according to the mathematical model of subsystems. It completes the implementation of dynamics prototype of HCV by editing and assembling under subsystems. Finally, the design of the HCV virtual prototype, validated by using given overall project of a hypersonic cruiser vehicle, is reasonable.Based on the virtual prototype system of HCV, the performance including over-load, range, and attack precision is evaluated. Firstly, it computes the demanded over-load which is compared with useable over-load computed by performance index of HCV. Secondly, it predicts the range of HCV. Thirdly, attack precision is computed by different bombfall, and error is analyzed.
