The air spring have the characteristic of variable rigidity and lower inherence vibration frequency, so those vehicles which be equipped with the air spring suspension have good riding ability when running on the uneven road;Because effectively guaranteed the tire and the road surface a good adherence ability , it not only reduced destruction the vehicles does to the road surface, but also greatly enhanced the ride safety and maneuverable stability of the automobile when running at a high speed. Regardless of vehicles'loading condition, the high of vehicles'body can basically maintain invariable or can adjust according to the need. Therefore, for lately several years, air suspension be adopted more and more on upscale luxurious passenger car, heavy truck and senior passenger car on domestic and oversea.Because air spring has a quite complex structure, and shows a very strong elastic characteristic and non-linearity, therefore it is quite difficult to research air spring's elastic characteristic with traditional theory method. With unceasingly development of computer science and the mature finite element computation theory, the finite element numerical value method has become one of efficient analysis tools of complex structure vibration question. This article take the membrane-type air spring as the example, has established the air spring shell unit, the gas unit and the volume finite element model with the application finite element principle. Using non-linear finite element analysis software ABAQUS, this article analyzed the material non-linearity, the geometry non-linearity and the boundary contact non-linear problem which the air spring had," and has established the corresponding finite element model.Had determined the rubber aerocyst model and the material's parameter, analyzed the change of the curtain line geometry characteristic during the operation process of air spring with the mechanics performance change as well as gas solid coupling between the gas unit and the rubber aerocyst wall with the non-linear finite element analysis.despite of the influence The rubber piles did to landscape orientation rigidity and the perpendicular rigidity, more importantly, it could temporarily support the vehicle's body when the spring capsule leaks air or bursts, enable the vehicle has a good traffic safety, this article has also carried on the detailed analysis about it.
