The stacker-reclaimer system mainly carries out raw material evened , the essential equipment can guarantee the cement plant continuous production, deciding the cement product quality stability and the reliability. The Stacker-reclaimer system has the tanglesome steel frame structure, therefore the guarantee the anti- pulled and anti- pressed intensity of the structure and the equipment distortion is precondition to improve on the structure of the equipment.This paper, on the object of stacker-reclaimer of circular storage, studies in depth "Based on APDL to the finite element analysis of the reclaimer of stacker-reclaimer"on the base of collecting broadly the related literature and work ,caused the stacker-reclaimer of circular storage obtain a more comprehensive analysis and the quite thorough research.Firstly this article carried on modeling of the stacker of the stacker-reclaimer system based on the finite element, solved its stable state stress result with the ANSYS software simulation, then compiled the APDL order, the realization to The Stacker parametrization in this program, caused to the stacker design sequence, and to the stacker to carry on the optimized design, obtained the optimized results of the structure size.Secondly, the cantilever beam and the center pole each part of finite elements modeling, examined each part of intensities and the rigidity, made the further revision design to the unreasonable design, got up to the overall frame analysis uniformity.Last the chapter has carried on the summary to the paper work, and proposed own forecast to the further work. The overall system analysis also very good has completed the requested proposed, and has obtained the design user side high-appraised.
