| Large stackers and reclaimers are often used in large bulk material handling places.The equipment is large in size,heavy tonnage,poor working environment,wide operating area,and large stacking and reclaiming operations.The stacker and reclaimer designed in the traditional way can no longer meet the normal equipment.run.Therefore,this article takes the electrical and control parts of the DQL 1000/1000·35 bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer in the coal-power-aluminum integration project of Baikuang Xinshan Aluminum Industrial Park as the main research object to carry out scientific research.The main research content of this article is mainly focused on the following four aspects:1.Reasonable research and analysis and calculation of medium voltage power supply and distribution institutions.Mainly analyze and calculate the current carrying capacity and cross-sectional area of the medium voltage cable on the machine.Compared with the traditional selection,the thermal stability calculation is added to ensure the cable’s bearing capacity in the event of a short-circuit fault.Solve the problem of long-distance power supply,and effectively have a further breakthrough in anti-short-circuit failure.After studying the parameters of the power system,the fault short-circuit calculation is carried out,and the load of the stacking operation and the reclaiming operation are analyzed.After the analysis of various working conditions,the actual demand load is clearly calculated.According to the actual conditions Based on indicators and environmental factors,reasonable selection of circuit breakers and transformers has been carried out.Compared with the traditional selection,the optimized performance parameters are more accurate,more energy-saving,and economical.2.Calculation and analysis of stacker-reclaimer relay protection.The stacker-reclaimer is an equipment with a complete power supply and distribution system.The traditional design often neglects the analysis and calculation of the relay protection of the distribution system.This article not only selects and calculates the transformer and medium voltage line,but also Research and analysis of overload protection,quick-break protection,and sensitivity coefficients of transformers and lines in its power supply and distribution system,optimized the scheme,and further verified the correctness of the previous selection,which are not available in traditional designs.3.Research on stacker-reclaimer control system.The design of the control system of the stacker and reclaimer in the article explains that the PLC is the core and the monitoring system is the auxiliary control system,which reasonably guarantees the safety of equipment and personnel.In addition,the working mode of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer was planned and designed,from the traditional mechanical speed control and reclaiming method to the automatic speed control reclaiming method with PI adjustment,the automatic stacking method,and the automatic control model was established.,Modularization with the programming of the program,compared with the traditional control method,the control method of the optimized mathematical model,the control method is more stable under complex working conditions,the output is efficient,the production capacity consumption is reduced,and the safety is improved.4.Research on modularization of control program.Through program modularization,the purpose of reducing repetitive work on the program is realized.By calling the established modules,the time for program writing is reduced,and the standard for program writing is unified.Make the program more concise and clear.Make it easier for everyone to accept. |
