The Study On The Reconstruction And Reinforcement Of The Boiler Framework Joints

Architectural servicing and alteration plays a more and more important role in modern economic construction and social development. In 1980s the new building in steel and iron industry increased only 20% in china. However, the output of steel increased from 3000 myriad ton to 6000 myriad ton, which is mainly due to the rebuilding and extension of the old buildings. Following the development of the reinforcement and reconstruction for the building, the reconstruction technology for the building structure gradually comes into being as a new science and develops rapidly. On the basis of the development of the reinforcement in this decade and referring to a boiler framework of power plant engineering applications, the dissertation gives systematic analysis and rather deeply theoretical on the reinforcing technology of the building structure.The main content of the dissertation is as follows: the content and meaning of reinforcement and reconstruction for the building are outlined;the study and application background of boiler steel construction and the reinforcement approach of it are introduced both at home and broad;the importance of steel connection and the categorized method of it are analyzed, the nodal selecting type factors of five kinds of boiler steel fame-work connections are studied in this dissertation, which include beam-column joint, beam-beam joint, column-column joint, support joint and the foot of column joint. Concerning the deformation of some joints in a boiler steel framework, the loading on the boiler steel framework is studied, space static analysis is put on the framework by the use of finite element software STAAD, the reason of nodal deformation is analyzed, and the principle, measure and program of reinforcement are put forward. The results of stress test prove that the reinforcement of the framework is effective.
