With the rapid development of domestic various construction,demand of pile foundation is becoming more and more huge,the defects in pile foundation are also gradually increased,defect of pile body bearing properties is studied by more and more people.Defect pile with grouting reinforce or steel pipe-pile grouting reinforcement defects methods have many engineering examples,the reinforcement and mechanical mechanism of pile body after bearing properties are studied by only a few scholars.Based on the engineering practice of steel tube defects of pile and grouting reinf orcement as the background,based on the theory of pile,defect piles and the mechan ical characteristics of after reinforcement are discussed,then the engineering defect pil e construction technology is discussed.A set of feasible interior defect model pile reinforcement plan is designed and completed the production.The steel pipe-concrete grouting and solid interface strength is tested,experiments show that:in the steel pipe-grouting reinforcement engineering,steel pipe-concrete grouting and the destruction of solid interface for steel pipe grouting plus solid interface,the bearing capacity of grouting steel pipe pile bottom is 1.5~2 times for the lower concrete strength of pile body.The model pile integrity is tested.The model pile integrity experiment is carried out by using acoustic testing instruments,the model of defect location,defect size,defects reinforcement technology are discussed,the integrity of the reinforced rate is tested,flaws position of model pile integrity is affected a little,while a big influence on the size of the model pile integrity,steel tube grouting method is better than model pile integrity after grouting method.The model pile load is tested.Reinforcement model pile load is below a complete model of the pile,steel pipe-pile grouting method,grouting method to reinforce model under certain load can normal delivery pile load effectively,to be able to resto re the pile load transfer path;Defective parts size has no effects on reinforcement eff ect,big defect part model pile under load corresponding to the displacement is large,the defect position on the model pile stress affect smaller,defects in steel pipe-grouting reinforcement model pile defect pure grouting reinforcement model pile bearing capacity increases to a certain extent,can control the displacement and damage form have some improvement;Steel pipe-grouting reinforcement model bearing capacity of pile integrity ratio close to the ratio.Steel pipe grouting reinforcement and discusses the defects after grouting reinforcement concrete grouting and solid-stress strain characteristics of the steel pipe,steel pipe-grouting reinforcement of pile body in smaller under external load,due to the steel pipe grouting body plane stiffness distribution force directly to the lower concrete,grouting defect and solid stress strain decreases,steel pipe-grouting reinforcement can be more secure transfer pile load.
