Submarine escape capsule is a collective of independent, self-contained new safe devices, which can effectively increase the rescue capacity of the submarine crew to ensure the safety of personnel officers, superiority to the past any one of escape equipment. Since appearing in it, many countries have attached importance and a new type of submarine crew rescue equipment have become more widely used in modern time.The subjects come from the research submarine vitality—research structure of submarine, In the light of foreign submarine escape capsule at past and present, according to the reality of our country, one of three structural forms used is suitable for our present condition, With the importance of lifesaving attention, submarine escape capsule make sure that personnel can safely escape in the maximum depth, taking into account the crew and structure of different diameter size, which choose by the limitation of the installation location, three diameters are used in this paper, during service, submarine escape capsule make sure that quality is light and the depth limits is suit for stability, then submarine escape module for the construction materials have certain requirements, with regard to light intensity and high yield strength characteristics of titanium alloys material, the three titanium alloys are used for the analysis of materials, this paper adopted to thin shallow spherical shells structures, the analyzing stability of thin shallow spherical shells structures is correlated to the initial error, according to the current domestic spherical shells structures for the metal processing accuracy, this considers the four initial error, because thin shallow spherical shells of the deformation belong to large strain, large deformation, calculation is considered by geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity. with the rapid development of software ANSYS, which have relatively perfect functions in the solved structural problems, thin shallow spherical shells structures is carried out a nonlinear buckling analysis by ANSYS, at the same time the theory value of thin shallow spherical shells structures whether is suit to the value of buckling analysis. It is resulted that, in 36 types of cases, most of which is in line with our current work requirements and is subsequently for further research and analysis to provide information.Also analyzed the initial error of thin shallow spherical shells structures, the theory value and practical instability value have distinctly different, it is that the initial error is very much sensitive. Finally it is conclusion that the rule is between different materials and instability, the rule is between original error and instability. It is result that the future of submarine escape capsule which is significant to designed boats materials selection, manufacture and testing of models.
