With the development of national economy, the generator capacity increases quickly in recentyears and the problem of lacking electric power has already resolved basically. But because it existsthe problem in electric power industry within many years and causes the lack of electric network,developing slowly, the feeble network structure, the faint ability of resisting accident and risk. Allthese phenomena cann't meet the needs of development of national economy. In order to ensure thecontinous development national economy in future, the enlargement and change of electricnetwork is an important matter which presents to every decision-maker. Because the electricnetwork construction refers to large numbers of investment, the false decision-making not onlyaffects the safe running of electric system itself, but also brings enormous economic loss. Therefore,improving the science level of electric network layout is the urgent task which the electric workerswill face.In this article ,The author expatiates the actuality, existent problem and the reconstructivetarget of Luo he electric network and gives the layout instances combining his work experience.The task of electric network design is to decide the safe and cheap electric structure according to theincreasing circumstance of electrical source and load. Whether the electric network will circulatesafely or not, it is related to the account method and reactive compensation. Therefore, according tothe practical electric network situation, confirming the scheme of construction and reconstructionunder the guidance of layout, then utilizing the computer to process electric calculation and testingthe feasibility of layout. Finally supporting constructive reference aimed at the present constructionof electric network.
