Power Supply Enterprise Safety Assessment

This paper summarized safety assessment request of the power supply enterprise andreviews the history of the development of the analysis method. After analyzed theinsufficiency of the existing assessment method, a kind of new method has been proposed.Firstly, this paper analyzes the factors, which influence the enterprise safety, anddetermines the degree of each assessment project in order to make it more conform to the realrisk probability. Secondly, this paper proposes the power supply enterprise safety penaltyassessment and models it. Thirdly, this paper defines the sensitivity, security region andsecurity margin of the penalty assessment. Finally, this paper compiles the software and usesit to confirm the validity of safety penalty assessment. It is more accurate to analyze thesecurity of power supply enterprise by use the penalty assessment, reward assessment anddynamic assessment.
