Along with the development of communication and network technology, the webbased Virtual Instruments appeared. Networking Virtual Instruments which are theoutcome of virtual instruments and network technologies implement networkingmeasurement,First, this article put forward the method of real-time calculating heat deviation andwall temperature distribution of super-heater and reheater. In this method, the fluxdeviation and thermal deviation is calculated by using the discrete model and dividingsegment model respectively. Then based on this method, this article compares andanalyses the existed technologies to realize networked virtual instruments in detail. Andbesides, this article designs a web based demonstration system to evaluate heat deviationof super-heater and reheater in four corners tangentially fired boiler, which is developedin Java language and LabWindows/CVI.
