The boiler system is controlled by microcomputer.It's a new technology in recent years, it is a product by the microcomputer software and hardware, the automatic control, the boiler energy conservation and so onThis paper is introduced a boiler intelligent control system. It is included National Instrument (NI) control system of Virtual Instrument (VI) and Microcomputer Unit (MCU) control system. NI control system is responsible for the united control of many boilers, sending control command to lower control system, accepting collecting data from lower control system, displaying real-time or history working state for user. MCU control system is responsible for automated control of single boiler. It uses Atmega16 as main control chip, it also includes analogous system unit, the liquid crystal display unit, the real-time clock unit and so on, and uses the hardware antijamming technology, simultaneously unifies the software antijamming, causes the control system the movement to be more accurate and reliably.This paper introduced the hardware compose of boiler control system, the design of hardware and software briefly. Moreover, the boiler can be controlled long-distance as the development of the network technique and communication technique, we can carry on the long range supervision to the boiler, and lower to operate personnel's workload, and enhance the safety of the boiler and management level. It succeeds in fact application.
