MCU control system is responsible for automated control of single boiler. It uses Atmega16 as main control chip, it also includes analogous system unit, the liquid crystal display unit, the real-time clock unit and so on, and uses the hardware antijamming technology, simultaneously unifies the software antijamming, causes the control system the movement to be more accurate and reliably.This paper introduced the hardware compose of boiler control system, the design of hardware and software briefly. Moreover, the boiler can be controlled long-distance as the development of the network technique and communication technique, we can carry on the long range supervision to the boiler, and lower to operate personnel's workload, and enhance the safety of the boiler and management level.
