Coal transmission and processing system is a very important system inthe power plant. PLC and DCS were adopted in the coal transmission andprocessing system at present, and it is made up of a series of systems, suchas the belt on turn-over machine, the belt of coal transmission, coal plougher,coal breaker. And the belt system is the most important system in thissystem, and it is also the key of interlock control system. Using thetechnology of Wireless-fieldbus, a series of wireless module are designed,which have the using of transmiting the analog signal or the on-off signalseparately. Using of these wireless modules, a WLAN is built. And througha host module, the WLAN is connected to a computer. Using the OPC server,the coal transmission and processing system is debuged. Otherwise using thewireless network, other simulate system is easily developed, and thisresearch reinforce the foundation for the further researching of thewireless-fieldbus network.
