Because of the important state of the equipment of substation in power system, it isvery necessary to process condition monitoring and fault diagnostic to gain high operatingreliability, which be ready for the repair system reforming of electrical department.This paper collects and analyzes the reason, property and mechanism which havesummarized the trouble of the voltage transformer, and adopts Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA)to diagnose latent fault and their development degree of power transformer. Then It discussesthe faults' reasons and varieties of the high-voltage circuit breaker and paves way for thestate's monitor and fault diagnosis of the high-voltage circuit breaker. It uses the fuzzy expertsystem, the use fuzzy set with the subordination function to handle equipment conditiondetermination fuzzy question. Finally it preliminary researches the management System of theEquipment of Substation Condition-Based Maintenance.
