Transformer Condition Based Maintenance

Because of the important state of the equipment of substation in power system, it is very necessary to process condition monitoring and fault diagnostic to gain high operating reliability, which be ready for the repair system reforming of electrical department.This paper collects and analyzes the reason, property and mechanism which have summarized the trouble of the voltage transformer, and adopts Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) to diagnose latent fault and their development degree of power transformer. Then It discusses the strategy of electric power transformer. Finally it preliminary researches the management System of the Condition-Based Maintenance.
