With the rapid development of machatronic, the applications ofelectro-hydraulic proportional organs are abroad increasingly. In the work,whether proportional organ's capability is good or not, that hold the balance inthe precision and security of electro-hydraulic proportional control. So it isimportant to ensure and assess its capability parameter and characterindex.The main content of the task is to put up the 2nd development of LabVIEW,enlarge the analytic function of wavelet, make use of it in the experiment of thestatic and the dynamic characteristic tests of electro-hydraulic proportionaldirectional control valves.First ,I analysed the design-scheme of test system for static and dynamiccharacteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional valve and recommended itscharacterindex and theory of test system.Second ,I design the system'shardware and programmed the software.And then ,dicussed the wavelet theoryand its application in denoising processing. Thereinto, the wavelet de-noisingmethod based on threshold strategy is made a systemic study. And it is used inthe testing module of LabVIEW with the help of MATLAB. In the same time, Imade a statement of the rules in selecting threshold and theoremanalysis.Finally ,by using this testing system, it is tested that the characteristicsof DHZO-T-051-L5/Y electro-hydraulic proportional directional control valveproduced by Atos Co., including the flow characteristic, the load-flowcharacteristic, the flow-pressure difference characteristic, the frequencycharacteristic and the step response characteristic The testing results aremanaged and the results of the test are correct.The software of the testing system is programmed in LabVIEW7 which isused under Windows2000 and can be used widely. Each testing module isindependent and no mutual interference.
