The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key part of the electro-hydraulic servo control system.In this paper, in the hydraulic circuits with original hydraulic test rig of 133, we do analyzed emphasis on servo valve static characteristic, determine the testing method, using the virtual instrument technology with CAT, developed a servo valve static characteristic test automation system based on virtual instrument, make new test rig has characterized by simple operation, small size, high level of integration, generality, etc.We have mainly tested servo valves pressure characteristics, characteristics of flow, and internal leakage features in this paper. The CAT system development process involving the data acquisition and processing, the signal control and virtual instrument etc, which aimed at signal control part of the voltage controlled current source, because its precision characteristics are the foundation of tested system.In the test system, system software using WindowsXP operating system, application software using the virtual instrument software programming-LabVIEW2009. Combined virtual instrument with data acquisition card realized signal output data collection show, and other functions, replaced the signal generator, and some instruments, reduced cost, shorten the development time.
