| With the development of Laser Biography, the optical tweezers technologybased on microbeam laser becomes an effective tool in the research of lifescience and bioengineering little by little. Because optical tweezers can be usedto manipulate biological animate specimens without physical contact andinvasion, Now it has become one of the research hot spots of new methods andinstruments in biophysics. With the purpose of designing the optical tweezers,the optical tweezers with two optical traps is designed. The stability andeffectivity of the system are also analyzed. Based on that, The quantitativecalculation of optical trapping force caused by microbeam laser is studiedmore.Firstly, in the aspect of the apparatus design, on the basis of the opticaltweezers with one optical trap, the optical tweezers with dual optical traps isdesigned, which uses a single light. The stability and effectivity of the systemtogether with the quality of the optical traps are demonstrated when the opticaltweezers with two optical traps steers the optical traps in three dimensionsindependently.Secondly, in the aspect of the quantitative calculation of optical trappingforce, based on Ray-Optics Model, the optical trapping force is calculatedquantitatively on the microsphere which is much bigger than the laserwavelength. By using Electromagnetic Model, the quantitative calculation isalso presented, which is about the optical trapping force of Rayleigh particlemuch smaller than the laser wavelength. Under given parameters, the numericalsimulation of the optical trapping force is demonstrated, from which therelation is obtained between the optical trapping force and the main systemicparameters including the relative refractive of particle, the radius of the beamwaist, the laser power and the laser wavelength.In this paper, a preparatory task for making a fully dual optical trapstweezers in terms of theory and technology. It is of important reference value tooptical tweezers research in design of instruments and wider application in lifescience and biography technology. |
