Electromagnetic vibratory feeders are widely used in automatic production, such as machinery, electronic product, food and pharmacy manufacturing. Aselectromagnetic vibratory feeder's structure, orienting mechanism and drivingsystem are determined and affected by the diverse materials' characters, shapes, and surface features and feeding demands, The matching of multi-performanceand multi-factors is still a big headache. Therefore, further study and experimenton the kinematics and dynamics of electromagnetic vibratory feed are necessaryfor design. Researches of the kinematics and dynamics of electromagneticvibratory feed system by theoretical and experimental approaches for thevibrating chassis and materiel orienting are described in this paper.Analyzed the working principle of electromagnetic vibratory feedingsystem and established the mathematic models of kinematics and dynamics ofelectromagnetic vibratory fluted feeding system, the critical conditions of thesliding and tossing are given, and the relationship between natural frequencyand vibratory frequency is given in the amplitude-frequency curves as well. Inaddition, the theoretical average velocity, configuration and dynamic parametersare simulated by MATLAB. The rigidity of the multi-layer leaf spring invibratory system is studied by means of the mechanical model established.According to the multi-parameter character of electromagnetic vibratoryfeeding system, a experimental equipment with adjustable fame is developed, bywhich the relationship between rigidity and configuration parameter ofmulti-layer spring and the inherence frequency is verified and amended.
