The lifeline system contains electric system, transport system, communication system, water-supply system and gas-supply system, etc., also includes other net systems which provide service to the society. The power supply system is the most important lifeline system, it would impact the other systems widely, and reduce the function of the others, even cause the inactivation to them. Beside these, the recovery course of the others would also be restricted by the power supply system.In this paper, the broken wire sensitivity analysis based on basic operating equation of power supply system is introduced. It approach simulates the condition of the system damaged by the earthquake, and view the operating condition as the criterion of the system control. Use the decoupling algorithm of security improvement to control the suffered system in time, and can make the power supply system which damaged in the earthquake to recover the power supply as soon as possible. First, it builds the simplified analysis model based on discuss the arrangement and composition of the power supply system, and study on the vulnerability of the power supply system. For generalize the analysis method of the electric accessory vulnerability, it can supply the nod reliability and use the simulation of the system damage to analysis the sensitivity. This method view the line broken as a disturbance of the system running normal condition, and from Taylor series expansion of the electric system flow equation, it can get the sensitivity matrix and the whole index of the system, and can use the injection power of the nods to simulate affection on the broken line. And then it can control the system in time in order to mitigate the system's insecurity in line overload and voltage abnormal, which based on the running condition of the damaged system and the control method from the decoupling algorithm of the safety improvement included arrangement of the nod's power generation and adjustment of the load.At last, through a example analysis the system running condition after it damaged, and control the load of the electric system to make the system that can recover the power supply promptly, all of above can correct the method. The theory also can supply the basis in research of load adjustment of damaged electric system, power supply recovery in seismic area, safety assessment and damage mitigation of power system.
